Ground Beef, Broccoli, Avocado Salad

Have you ever had a ground beef salad?? If not, you're missing out! Ground beef is probably my favorite type of meat to put on salads. Why? Because it takes about 6 minutes to cook in a pan on the stove and you can switch up the spices however you like so it never gets boring! Plus, the juices from the beef add extra flavor to the salad and make it even tastier!

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 4 ounces cooked ground beef
  • 1/2 medium avocado, chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  • In a large bowl, add romaine, broccoli, ground beef, and avocado.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
