Salted Pecan Chocolate Keto Bark

Chocolately, Salty, Nutty Goodness! 🤤What else do you need?? This keto chocolate bark is a perfect after dinner treat that's made with CBD infused coconut oil to help you wind down for a restful sleep. Of course you can use regular coconut oil and swap the pecans for any other nuts, seeds, or toppings of choice!

Makes 20 Servings (15 grams per serving)



  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Toss pecans with melted butter and salt. Roast in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a microwave safe dish, add chopped chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and then continue microwaving in 10-second increments until completely melted.
  4. Add nut butter and another pinch of salt. Stir until combined.
  5. Pour melted chocolate mixture onto parchment lined baking pan. Top with pecans and place in the refrigerator (or freezer) for 1 to 2 hours or until set.
  6. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!
