This program utilizes resistance bands and body-weight training to build a strong, lean physique right from your living room!

I created this program based on years of experience working with clients. I've found that the ONLY way to truly see and maintain the results you’re looking for is to have a strong foundation built on muscle, through resistance training. Kickstart provides the tools to get you those results!

Kickstart is a 12-week program consisting of 3 full-body resistance workouts per week lasting between 30 and 40 minutes. The program is broken up into 3 phases, each lasting 4 weeks in duration with a recommended cardio and conditioning plan that will progress along with the program phases.
