Rachel Gregory is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist, Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Author of the best-selling book, 21-Day Ketogenic Diet Weight Loss Challenge. She received her Master’s Degree in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from James Madison University and Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Miami.

Rachel has a vast knowledge on the science and application of the Ketogenic Diet for weight loss, performance, and overall health. She completed the first ever human clinical trial looking at the effects of the Ketogenic Diet in CrossFit athletes, which is published in the International Journal of Sports and Exercise Medicine.

This program utilizes resistance training to build lean muscle, shed body-fat, and amp up your calorie burning ability while improving full body strength. Level Up provides the tools and guidance to help you BUILD and MAINTAIN the physique you desire.

I created this program based on years of experience working with clients. I've seen what works and what doesn't when it comes to getting REAL results. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build muscle, increase strength, or all of the above, this program is strategically designed to make that happen!

Level Up is a 12-week program based on a proven method to ensure continual progress. You’ll complete 3 full-body resistance workouts per week lasting between 45 and 60 minutes as well as weekly cardio and conditioning sessions programmed throughout.
