She received her Master’s Degree in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from James Madison University and Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Miami.

I will design a customized training program based on your individual goals, experience, preferences, and schedule. Your program can be either gym or home-based and will include detailed exercise descriptions, video tutorials, and a progressive plan to help you reach your specific goals.
You'll have 24/7 access to me to answer any questions, trouble shoot concerns, make adjustments, and ensure you are staying on track. This includes weekly check-ins and adjustments as well as bi-weekly and/or monthly phone calls depending on your preference.
