Week 1 is all about getting creative with your food choices during quarantine but also learning tips & tricks to staying on track with your goals. We'll provide several resources, guides, and recipes to help you with this and have daily challenges to ensure we're all making progress!
Week 2 will include a movement and fitness challenge for all levels, LIVE at-home workouts with Rachel & Ashleigh, daily bonus challenges, and much more!
Week 3 is all about mastering mindset, self-development, and productivity practices. We'll provide tools and resources as well as daily activities to help you make the best of your time, and we will all work together to provide a framework for achieving our own personal goals, whether it's in business, fitness, or life in general!

WHY JOIN THE CHALLENGE?
We’re all going through some stuff right now – ups and downs, changes in our routine, our motivation and our lives in general. It can be tough, and frustrating, and a little scary.
We’re also being inundated with new programs and workouts and ways to “level up” or “calm down”, and we get it – it’s overwhelming.
We feel torn between the desire to be productive and organized, and wanting to just manage our stress and get through this thing in one piece.
What most of us really need right now is a little bit of community and real interaction. A place where we can meet and chat about what we’re doing, what we’re feeling, share resources, learn some things, and motivate each other.
